    It took me over 30 minutes to travel from Derry Hill to Calne due to emergency traffic lights. I realised it would be close to arrive on time so I phoned to say I might slightly late. The lady tried to convince me to accept a telephone consultation but I had already waited 2 weeks so preferred to be seen in person. I arrived 5 minutes late and even though I heard that they were running late I was told my appointment would have to be rescheduled! I tried to explain what happened and that I phoned in advance but this was all on deaf ears. She just bluntly said that she would send me another link to book. I asked if it would in the next few days and she said probably. I opened the link in front of her to find out the only available dates were in 7 or 8 days at all 3 practices. Needless to say I came away very disappointed with the service offered. 3 weeks to be seen by a doctor is a joke. We are not supposed to be a 3rd world country! And to rub insult into wound I received a telling off for missing my appointment and next time ‘further action might be taken’! Maybe if you offered more than 2 days a week to be seen, your patients could be seen quicker. Most people work a 5 day week!

    I attended for a couple of (to me) embarrassing personal medical issues. The GP’s approach was very considerate and put me completely at ease. I was offered a same gender doctor or chaperone (and declined) but was grateful to be asked. Examination was careful and mindful of its sensitivity / nature. Diagnosis was swift, and thankfully positive, and I left feeling much relieved with a prescription already on its way electronically to a local pharmacy. A good experience, actually pre-arranged by the doctor, which ticked all the boxes. Thank you - you know who you are.

    Seen on time as I said very friendly practice,answered my questions .Wish I could have seen Doctor sooner but I suppose this is the sign of the Times we live in.

    I was able to see a GP the same day and I was listened to and an appropriate examination carried out. Advice was given which covered the possible eventualities and I was advised on when to follow up with the doctor.

    Practice all over the place! Follow up appointments not followed up. Online system laborious to navigate & any problems with it a nightmare to get an appointment via telephone. I'm in a bad mobile signal area & often just get the phone put down on me when receptionist can not hear me straight away, so frustrating!

    Not good. My first visit went well and I have had follow up tests etc. however after doing additional test etc. and having an appointment set with me to go through the results at short notice the doctor had no idea why I was there for the appointment. Also was completely lost and had not reviewed any of the results or asked me how I was feeling. If he had taken the time to have read the information correctly it might have been a different consultation. Very very poor
