    Great appointment today from my preferred gp. He listened, he understood, he worked out a plan of action, I came away feeling relieved that I didn't have a struggle to get treated. Whenever I see my usual gp he understands my chronic condition and the fact I need regular visits to the surgery. If you have an unsatisfactory appointment and your not listened to it exacerbates your condition which you really dont need and often you just have to make another appointment with someone else to clear up your original problem. Wastes time all round. I may have to wait to see a certain gp but its worth it. Thanks.

    After a fairly serious trip to hospital my GP asked for me to arrange a follow up appointment with him if I continued to feel unwell. The process for making that appointment was incredibly convoluted and difficult using both the NHS application and the surgery website and email, so much so that I had to attend the surgery in person and beg assistance. The receptionist however was very helpful and eventually an appointment was arranged 3 days later. The service that I then received from the GP was excellent.

    Yesterday I had an appointment with a Dr x At Patford house what a breath of fresh air he is, I only hope he will be a permanent doctor at Patford house, Very polite very thorough and time did not feel an issue ,his concern was my health. Well done.

    My concerns were listened too and the Dr explained in a way I understood as to how he was going to find out the reasons for my issues and how he could help moving on after tests.

    I had an appointment for a BP check. The Dr I saw was kind and helpful. I had to wait a few minutes over my appointment time but wasn’t a problem. Easy to sign myself in, no receptionists on the desk.

    I find the reception staff helpful and tried hard to sort out problems I have with technology, the Dr was caring and supportive, and give good advice and showed how to recognise the problem I thought I had ,to deal with the one I did have.
