    Advanced Oractitioner Nurse very thorough consultation after attending A&E at the weekend with a urinary infection. Examination carried out gently seven weeks post right hip replacement. Re-referral back to gynaecologist to check all progressing well with prolapse issue.

    Saw a lovely doctor in the patford house surgery this week. Went in with what could be termed embarrassing symptoms. He was great at not making me feel uncomfortable. Taking everything through clearly. Helping to make a sort term plan since I’m going on holiday so wouldn’t have tests back before I go. Felt less embarrassed and not as panicked about things as I was when I left.

    I seen 2 drs after being in a right state, was feeling very unwell and had an ulcerated toe, to which was showing signs if sepsis. They acted very quickly, sending me to GWH to have tests and xrays to which showed an infection but no sepsis. Thank you both so much for the care you gave me yesterday

    The last two times I have visited I have been very happy with the two doctors I have seen. Yesterday, the doctor took a lot of time with me explaining and giving advice.

    After collapsing on holiday I contacted the practice upon my return. First I was given a telephone consultation with a triage nurse but after she spoke to me she arranged for me to have a face to face appointment with the doctor, which was at Patford House rather than my local site. Everyone at Patford House was welcoming and the doctor was very thorough, listened to my symptoms and asked a lot of questions. He was also very pleasant and took my symptoms seriously, so arranged for a follow up scan and an appointment with the specialist urgently. This reassured me that I was getting the necessary attention appropriate to my symptoms - thank you!

    I submitted an online appointment request via the portal and received an appointment for the following week via text message within a few minutes. My appointment was on time, the Dr was great; providing a great service and my prescription was ready for collection from a local Pharmacy within a couple of hours. The service from initial request to issue of medication was faultless and I felt well supported throughout the process. A great customer/patient experience!

    My consultation was with a GP who I have seen several times. I felt that the doctor really understood my needs and went out of her way to listen to my concerns and advise accordingly.

    Getting an appointment was quick and simple. I can't praise the Doctor enough; he was attentive and my issue has now been progressed satisfactorily. Having been 'brushed off' by another GP, I was very relieved. I do recommend Patford House Surgery.
