    Arrived expecting a medicine review with a nurse but was toted to see a GP. Only a few minutes after scheduled appointment I saw the GP who carried out a full review of my medicines and diagnosis. Very reassuring and helpful. Thank you Doctor.

    The doctor I saw was brilliant, I have suffered for a long time and have seen multiple doctors and have seen a neurologist and never really felt like I was taken seriously, she made me feel very comfortable and listened to me and was very understanding and caring, and I am finally having some tests done to hopefully help which I have never had done previous and it is such a relief. I would recommend her to anyone, she was brilliant. I then saw a nurse for blood tests and she was great too and made me feel very comfortable while having my bloods done. Thank you to them both

    I was invited for a chat about how my cancer affects me, the doctor was very kind and listened and advised. She is very sensible in her attitude and approach, it was a good experience.

    Almost impossible to speak to somebody over a 4 month period. You receive a text you cannot reply to and then have to phone again to speak to an intermediary after a very long wait only to receive another text from a different person that is also unhelpful so you start the process all over again. I was invited to visit surgery only to be told the information I went to collect was not available. The next time I visited the letter I needed was filled out incorrectly. Then when you try to book an appointment to discuss the problem, you are afforded no input into when the appointment can take place. This invariably leads to an appointment you cannot make so you start the process all over again. Meanwhile my health problem goes untreated. I am appalled that such a process can be allowed to happen and the excuse of resource masks the more fundamental problem of basic incompetence.

    Given new medication without explaining anything. Didn’t look to see if if will work against medication that I am on. Couldn’t take medication due uncertain if it could cause problems. How do you resolve this.
