    3 days of back and forth to help answer a medical query I had. A phone call made resulted in me saying loosing my patience as the other person sounded like a robot reading from a script. Totally uncaring admin/appointments team. The telephone appointment they did make for me they didn’t tell me about so I missed it. Then they said on Friday morning that they couldn’t pos get a telephone appointment or even email from dr until Monday. I said I’d been worried for 3 days now but I just got an automated reply. When I did lose my patience I did not swear and I did not threaten but I did raise my voice slightly. The reply was a ‘no reply’ email informing me that abusive behaviour wouldn’t be tolorated. Aside from that one annoyed sentence I was pushed to make - I had been polite throughout. It felt passive aggressive. Also given the nature of my query about very heavy bleeding for 3 days - you’d think they’d maybe slightly more caring than sending me an educational video on how to be polite. Respect works both ways. If you can get through to a dr past the gate keepers they are amazing at this practice.

    Doctor was very good , but getting someone to answer call is a nightmare, then getting past them to get a appointment is even harder . Had to wait 48 hours to see Doctor when suffering with shingles

    I had an appointment within 3 weeks. The doctor was very attentive to my concerns. Gave me some good advice to help me. Suggested some cream and to go back if that doesn't work. Advice given about physio as well and how to get help if needed.

    The reception staff seemed friendly, I did end up waiting 30 minutes to be seen after my original time. My experience with the doctor was really good though. She asked me lots of questions to see which blood tests would be most appropriate and I felt like she actually understood. She also asked about other symptons I was having which weren’t even to do with my original appointment. She prescribed me a scalp cream after I said I started getting soriasis and asked if I had any questions. This is what you expect when you go to a gp but unfortunately has not been my past experiences with other gps at this practice. I was sent a booking link straight away to book my blood test.
