I have been wanting to see a doctor for two months. Leaving messages for them to ring me back which they did but I could t see anyone until wed. 12 th. Very bad ear infection which I knew I had. But got worst worst

I had a booked phone conversation with a GP to discuss my mums health issues. The GP phoned within the time scale I was given. She was very understanding and informative, gave me lots of useful information and covered all issue thoroughly. She also explaned what would happen next. Excellent service - thank you

Patford House is one of the worst GP surgeries I’ve ever had the misfortune of being registered with. Unfortunately I can’t register anywhere else due to my location. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Trying to get an appointment is nigh on impossible. A recent comment I had from a staff member when trying to fit an appointment in around my work schedule was ‘we have many patients Amy and you are not a priority’ I am aware of the pressures on the NHS, but no one should be treated so rudely by anyone. I would never recommend anyone to register with this surgery.

My telephone medication review was conducted at the time stated, the pharmacist was knowledgeable and empathetic, had read my notes and was able to give useful advice.

I had an appointment today at the surgery with a nurse she was fantastic kept me relaxed and friendly and helpful. Talked me through everything she was doing and made sure I had quality care.
