    Saw a GP one month before health review due, they checked my medication, arranged bloods. Two months later had to repeat blood etc and had to do a telephone review for my medication as the Dr didn't tick the box. The reviewer although pleasant hadn't looked my notes or pmh and was asking rather silly questions in relation to why I was taking certain medication. Why could someone not have spoken to the GP and asked if they were happy to authorise the continuing medication thereby not wasting your time or mine

    I felt that the doctor really listened to what I was saying and was respectful to my opinion. We had a good conversation about options for treatment and agreed together on the plan going forward.

    The Pharmacist called me to review my medication. She seemed unaware that I had already submitted a questionnaire detailing blood pressure etc. I was told I now need to have blood tests done, maybe these should have been carried out before the review so that results could be taken ino condideration.

    Very informative information and advice give with courtesy and understanding. I was given blood test results which were very pleasing also given instructions to monitor daily B/P readings at home too.

    I recently had a heart attack and had some questions regarding my recovery. I saw a new doctor who was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. I left the surgery feeling reassured that how I was feeling was normal.

    Telephone consultation arranged for a two hour timeslot during the working day - the ‘phone rang once so the call had already dropped when I answered. I rang the surgery straight back when I was assured the practitioner would try again (they would make a note I had called back). I received no further call from the surgery within the remainder of the timeslot or the rest of the day. I then, this morning, received a text asking me for feedback on my remote consultation; however, I never had one!
