The telephone consultation went well for the matter that I needed to discuss. The doctor who I spoke to was pleasant, listened and gave good explanations. They also promised to follow up in a month via another call which avoids the rigmarole of me, as the patient, making another appointment.

I had to have a phone call regarding my medication The phone call lasted less than a minute, just said was a clinician, said I will do the perscription (this being a repeat one but had been removed) They couldn't examine why a repeat one had been removed despite a review just over a month ago and seeing the doctor I saw then do it. I got my perscription sorted, but clinician never said name, and was the quickest call. Over an hour later I get a text giving a time allocation for this call. Have to say since becoming patford house partnership, medications have been messed up, receptionist seem to think they are clinicians and if you go into the practice be prepared for unfriendly staff, a cold environment, a practice that needs a complete make over and a social venue where chatting away about what been up to take priority over phones ringing and people coming and going.

Doctor very concerned, listened, asked many questions and responded appropriately. Sadly the admin is still lacking with phone calls and messages left, not answered

Rang to try and get appointment at local surgery, none available. Arranged telephone call back and was given incorrect information about attending minor injury. Sat in minor injury for over 2hrs to be informed they wanted me to urgently attend another hospital in Swindon as the dr had got it wrong . Was then called back by the same dr who lied about what had been said on the original call and was useless

Dr I saw was wonderful she helped me with my dissyness the last dr said it was old age She gave exercise witch helped a lot I feel better knowing what was wrong

My GP was outstanding in their attitude and in listening to me during my appointment. The appointment was of a non-urgent nature so had been made 2 weeks previously. Nonetheless follow-up tests were easy for me to book through the links provided immediately afterwards through the polite and efficient receptionist. A very reassuring and positive experience. Also this Patford House Surgery has been historically exceptional with my family members for many years. Thank you.
