    Excellent service. Medication review appointment booked however was then informed it would be carried out by phone rather than appointment. Very sensible and pragmatic. However, I then received a text message from NHS telling me off for missing my appointment!

    Every time I have seen or spoken to a clinician I would highly rate the care given. My most recent encounter with a GP was really good. Supportive, professionally inquisitive and wanting to help me get better. I actually couldn’t fault him at all, and came away feeling like I was being well looked after. Sadly the supporting services do let it down every time. I was on hold in ‘queue position 1’ for an hour and a quarter. When it finally got answered I was told I could have used the call back service (the same call back service that hadn’t worked the previous week)- also, why would I when I was supposedly in queue position 1? When I said this, the person said they apparently have 5 lines of up to ?19 slots- but then only 3 people answering them… I think someone got their maths mixed up when they worked out those staffing to phone line ratios! The ‘triage’ services aren’t fit for purpose (it triaged my husbands really severe hayfever as a ‘sore throat’ when he didn’t even have a sore throat as a symptom. And trying to speak to a person is like pulling teeth. They try and push everyone online- some of us actually want human contact and to make sure things are done correctly or understood correctly (see previous comment). I’ve also had some staff speak to me quite rudely before. But that aside- on this occasion, really friendly helpful receptionists, and fab GP. Would definitely recommend seeing them again. Admin services 6/10 (mostly scored for the couple of helpful receptionists) Online services 3/10 Clinical staff 9/10 (always room for improvement) Most recent GP encounter 10/10

    Had a very good experience on my last visit. Was given good advice and felt the doctor answered all my questions. Although the NHS is not working effectively at the moment, needs to reduce middle management, and pay more to doctors

    Was seen by friendly nurse practitioner. She was very thorough in her examination of me and listened to my concerns. Arranged meds for my chesty cough and for my eyes. Overall a very satisfying consultation.
