    I was given the wrong amount of medication where i needed 112 Ramiiril tablets which i take 1 tablet am and pm I had none left i had a review with your pharmacist who was great and spotted the error straight away she then sent the the prescription to well pharmacy at 14.00 But i had no message to collect knowing that i need to take 2 tablets every day so i have not had this medication since am Friday I am disapointed that the pharmacy was not requested to get at least 6-8 tablets available to get me through the weekend It indicates a lack of care and thought and i hope patients with more serious issues are dealt with in a more thoughtful manner

    The male doctor was very patient with a poorly child who wasn't interested in being examined and even let him listen to his own heartbeat with the stethoscope. He took the time to explain everything, including what to look out for and what to do next if needed. All finished off with a great choice of stickers. Brilliant doctor 10/10

    I was given a 2-hour window for a phone consultation to review my extensive list of medications; I was expecting a doctor or a nurse practitioner to do the review since I have several different conditions which several of the GPs at the practice are all fully familiar with. Just before the end of the appointment window I was called by a pharmacist who didn’t know me so had no idea why I was taking each prescribed medication. She also sounded very uncertain and unaccustomed to carrying out these reviews. The conversation was a waste of my time and hers.

    Yesterday, late morning I emailed the practice about a problem I had. Within an hour I received a message saying a clinician would call me. I received the call and was advised to make an appointment to have a blood test which I have done. All very efficient

    The treatment I am receiving is very helpful for my specific condition.The doctor was very patient and sympathetic about my higher than normal blood pressure. The medication I have been prescribed has been adjusted until it has begun to have the desired effect. The doctor has been seeing me regularly and the appiintments are never rushed or hurried.

    Seeing a very dark urine possibility of blood I became quite worried. I completed a Patches questionnaire and firstly had a message back almost straight away telling me a doctor would phone. Within an hour I had a phonecall from the doctor which put my mind at rest.

    Having completed the only be information I was told I needed a medical review, I was given a time window, but was then called at a different time. I was then asked why I needed the a medication which I had said on the form that I no longer required (answering a specific question) this appeared to cause confusion. I repeated that I only needed the HRT patches and so was then told, oh ok, I'll issue then now. No questions asked about any info I had submitted at all. Not really sure what was going on.
