    Very pleased with Doctors understanding of my position I am very disappointed that in order to get an operation I have to go private but I am taking the doctors advice and I am going private

    I felt the GP listened to me about my problem. He made a detailed plan about the treatment I required and gave me some medication to help. He also checked my blood results which were only taken that morning. Discussed the findings and recommended a course of treatment required. I felt it was a very thorough consultation.

    I had a phonecall from a Nurse Practitioner informing me about an infection that I needed antibiotics for. She calmly explained what I needed to do and we discussed my options. I really appreciated this phone call and the surgery were very good to phone me late on Friday evening as I was able to start antibiotics straight away rather than wait three days til Monday.

    I cannot fault the service from this partnership. Every doctor I've spoken to has made me at ease, listened & given advice and always follow up with results. I'm very happy with the doctors here so far as a new patient to know that my health is in good hands & that they take time to look into the medical history to get a better idea of my conditions & ailments to try to get to the root of health issues & find an ideal solution by making referrals as necessary to get the best help possible for me as an individual. I feel very confident that the doctors here will do the best they can for each patient & are always looking at ways to give patients the best they can and that also is to include the 3 student doctors I had the pleasure of examining me under the supervision of a senior gp at the practice, who were also very thorough with their questions & examinations and helped to put me at ease every step of the way with clear explainations of their conclusion & the course of treatment that should follow and I wish them a very good future career as gp's

    After a mistake by the GWH, leaving a med off my mums discharge list, then Patford house not reading the discharge letter properly, it has, so far, taken days to try to get mums most important drug reinstated!! I have had to be at her house for a two hour phone call appointment window, where I thought I would talk to someone who could correct this error. The lady told me she would have to talkvto a clinician, then I have a message to ask me to submit several days blood pressure readings to see if this drug is still needed. I am so so so fed up with this GP practice. They cannot seem to get anything right, it's as if the customer has to vend over backwards to fit in with the bad practice that we have to endure. Nothing is ever straightforward.
