    I booked my appointment after using the online service to leave details about the issue I was having. It was easy to use, and suggested I see a GP. Booked the appointment, but I did have to wait 4 weeks for the appointment. However, on arriving at the surgery I was seen at my appointment time. The GP had all my notes regarding the matter I had booked for, so I didn't need to repeat myself, which was good. He was thorough and very professional. I was very happy with procedure from start to finish. My only comment would be the wait to see the GP, but I didn't consider my issue to be urgent so I didn't mind too much.

    Easy to contact about arranging an appointment, details about booking an appointment sent through, able to book appointment on date and time. On arrival easy system to book in , very efficient and effective.

    I had a phone consultation booked for 9am on the 29th july,I was then informed it would be be 9:40am-11:40am its now the 30th and im still waiting for the phone call. This is the second time this has happened the first time being roughly two weeks ago when I canceled a appointment with the receptionist at the Sutton benger practise and he rebooked a new appointment which i did not reveove conformation for, I then went in and asked said receptionist when my appointment was and they had forgotten to rebook the appointment for me. Once the appointment was successfully rebooked for the 24th july which I attendeded i have now not been contacted with the results from the appointment

    The person who rang me was polite, very patient, understanding, and very knowledgable. Dealt with all of my concerns one by one, not rushing me but giving me the time to explain all of my worries and then giving me constructive advice on what to do. Felt much happier and a lot less worried after our discussion.

    The GP was extremely helpful, understanding and compassionate. I felt really listened to and that my own wishes were taken into account. I feel very reassured that my health needs are in good hands. Thank you.
