    This was a very efficient appointment with the consultant really listening to me and taking all of the steps necessary to get to the bottom of my ongoing issues together. This was a really good experience!

    The person I spoke to over phone was polite, helpful and understanding. Listened to what I had to say and made me feel that I wasn't wasting my time and that my concerns were justified. It was good to talk to someone who made me feel at ease and understood everything being said.

    I live closer to Beversbrook and had asked for my appointment to be there as Patford House is not easy to reach. However my treatment at P H was excellent in the warren of rooms and stairs. Beaverbrook is much more inviting and functional (fit for purpose)

    Finally managed to get an appointment but so many tech hoops to leap through. Great if you have good broadband or mobile signal but rubbish if you don’t! Go online, log in, receive code on phone, back to online ……..

    I had an emergency appointment on the same day of enquiry as I was breathless due to what I believed to be a new medication. The nurse thought it might have been a result of a problem with my heart. The doctor treated me with respect and explained exactly what he thought the problem was. Thank you for your prompt response and your genuine care and kindness.

    I used an online app on website to get advice about a neck problem. I was given a phone consultation. The person was very kind and thorough with his questions and made certain suggestions. He was extremely helpful.
