    I had a 'medication' review recently over the telephone, more for medical supplies rather than tablets or creams etc. Whilst the Pharmacist was lovely and very courteous, I didn't feel they were the best person for the call. I have never spoken to a Pharmacist for this particular purpose, only physical medication. I did feel the review was also a little unnecessary as I only had one with the practice in Feb and also saw my specialist team at the local hospital in April.

    I have been have some significant mental health issues. I have felt supported and valued. I have had timely appointments with no fuss getting them. My GP comes across as a caring, normal, trustworthy gentle man. Being able to communicate via text is a great option. It allows me to message my GP just to update him. Then he has decided if an appointment was needed. Thank you Dr A

    I usually get great service from the helpful staff at Patford but in the past 2 months my blood test time has been changed without informing me. I am starting to feel discriminated against here as all employees assume I have a smart phone to send messages to. I do not and no allowance appears to be made for this. I can be contacted via e-mail or the landline where a message can be left. I was advised to ring the surgery the day before my blood test to check if the time has been changed, but the responsibility should be with the person changing the time, not me. I do not want or have the time to clog up the phone line unnecessarily.

    I have been struggling with lots of things had blood test after blood test and no one gets back to me as all test show no further action. I sent a long message with all my information on. I got a clinical phone call within the day which was amazing to then speak to a nurse who didn't take the time to read my email or read my information from the past few years and then not listen to what I was trying to say. I feel let down and frustrated and not listened too!

    Having to use different systems for different concerns. Getting appointments when a phone call would suffice and vice versa. To now being spoken to very rudely and will think twice at ever contacting again for help. Will be going else well for what I can when it comes to my health now.
