Easy to book time with a GP or nurse via the online system. Check in is a doddle at this practice. No need to seek out help from the receptionist. Altogether more efficient.

After completing a triage form by text and waiting 2 weeks for a response, I rang a third time over the 2 week period and was helped by the prescripion team member who completed the triage form and directed it to the right clinician who could help on the same day.

My appointment was booked for 4.00 pm but didn't get called in until 4.18 this I think was due to the volume of people waiting. The doctor was very good and quick with is diagnosis and I was pleased with the results.

I met with the health care nurse who I found to be extremely helpful, interested and not rushing me on time. Very professional, so very satisfied with this service. Thank you.

I was asked to attend an appointment so that the GP could inform me that an outpatients appointment would not be forthcoming. The GP took pains to explain the decision.

Previously, the GP had a pathetic service. But massive improvement in service. Easy online booking for appointments. Follow up is faster. When you go in for face to face appointments, they keep up the time. Things are organised now.
