Recently had a routine test that needed further investigation and treatment, dealt with very quickly, kept well informed, professional and friendly throughout.

Very pleasant doctor who for once had time to listen and explain things. This is important as you age because time is needed to on-site the things you are being told.

Visited nurse for bloods and health check.Such a lovely caring nurse ,even though extremely busy was happy to answer all my questions .She has such a happy sunny disposition ,have seen her before so was happy to see her again .

Following an annual medical review my GP arranged for a number of tests which have been followed up referrals. The surgery now appears to be very proactive in its care for patients. The surgery is providing an ever improving service.

Over the past year or so I’ve found access to my GP has improved a lot. I usually can get a same day appointment if I can submit an online request on time. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I have lots of complicated illnesses, the GPs here are always quick to wither support me with them, or seek guidance from specialists if they can't help.

Overcoming longstanding issues with getting an appointment, the new online booking system provides a quick and convenient way to get an appointment with a doctor or nurse. I got a callback within a few hours to offer me a face to face appointment with the practise nurse. The quality of care has never been an issue for me at this surgery, I’ve always found the doctors and nurses excellent, but getting an appointment was always a nightmare. The online system seems to have remedied a lot of these issues now

The practice nurse who looked after me was extremely skilled and efficient. She explained the different blood tests and which were good and which needed to be watched in the future. I also found her very pleasant and easy to talk to. We decided to amend one medication and to add another to help with cholesterol.

After a very hard, very unhelpful practice the last couple of years. This practice has now changed & become Very helpful & friendly. My recent visit with the nurse was very pleasant & helpful.
