I had an appointment with the practice nurse for my yearly diabetic review. The review was very positive and detailed.The nurse taking her time to go through all the aspects of the condition and conducting several tests with a follow up appointment Thank You

Booked online, was called by 9am, choice of same day appointment, referral within 3 days. So much better with online triage system!

The whole process of seeing the dr and booking in on the self service monitor was perfect . Maybe some of those answering the phone could be better trained and stop trying to do the drs job for them

I have recently started to use the GP service more frequently as I have developed a serious health issue. The surgery responds to my texts, inquires, issues promptly and effectively. The Doctors are understanding and very supportive I have no complaints

Lovely staff, very professional gp/nurses. Never had a problem. Always get an appointment when needed, and with the new online appointments requests it’s even easier, no need to phone the surgery.

Been to practice last week after being ill for previous two weeks. Was given antibiotics which didn’t clear illness completely,I therefore rang and got another appointment and was given other antibiotics,which I am taking now and hopefully,get rid of the illness.

Staff contacted me with dates and time, nurse was ver professional and on time. Would use self check in every time as it tells you if they are running late
