Contacted by doctor for face to face appointment re. my illness. Dr. Very helpful and advised me well. Patient and very understanding. Felt very cared for.

As one who has had treatment for some serious medical conditions I must say that I am entirely satisfied with, and very greatful for, the service given by this practice. After a stroke and a serious heart operation I am in much better condition than I was when I was 20 years younger. I cannot fault the medical skills or judgement of any of the doctors, consultants or surgeons by whom I was treated and do not believe I would have had better results from any other heath service, public or private.

The nurse and Doctor was very professional understanding and helpfull for my care and needs. I was in need of help and they provided this to me.

The doctor who telephoned me was extremely clear, informative and helpful. I was told my phone call would be between 9.00am - 11.00am which was helpful to arrange other tasks/appointments to be re-arranged after these times. Thank you.

Dealt with in a professional and caring manner from receptionist to doctor The booking appointment on line app was easy to use although closes in my opinion too early

Always been very helpful and supportive ,and receptionist are polite and seems to be getting back to how doctors were face to face appointments when necessary and telephone appointment when not so urgent, new systems seems to be working.

Very unhelpful tryed to get a appointment all morning online with a system that clearly doesn’t work ring reception to get no help other than being told to ring 111 to put more of a strain on the system well northenden group practice
