Appointment times kept. No waiting for long periods after your appointment time. Was within 5 mins. Staff polite and professional. Very pleased with the service I received.

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable, I found her to be excellent! Took no time at all and got bloods no problem

I saw the nurse for a blood test and she was very professional, told me exactly what was going on and what the tests were for and when the results would be back

I am so grateful for the compassionate care I have received from this practice in a really difficult time in my life. When all GP practices are under so much pressure, I appreciate that they take time to listen and provide support. They have sorted out their system for booking in appointments now which I used to find so stressful. It is much better but I do wonder about those less technically able. I’m sure they consider this though. I rarely get to see the same GP but I don’t mind as everyone I have seen from the GPs and nurses to the receptionist have been great. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Good waiting time ,ease of checking in . Could really do with more chairs in the waiting room as some people were having to stand .

I usually have a decent experience at this surgery once I get to see/speak to someone. I received a text saying I was getting a phone appointment - not the referral I am waiting upon - which confused me. I waited for the appointment slot but no one rang me all that day. Now I am being asked for feedback upon that appointment… I think it must be a system error as I’m still waiting to be told about my referral.

Have been to the surgery twice in the last few months for the same issue one to speak to a dr and the second for a check up. Both times booking the appointments was easy and the practitioners were amazing spending time listening and explaining medication etc. I never felt rushed i felt I was listened to.

Saw the practice nurse for a review she was gentle and understanding, super efficient and made a plan and put it straight into practice she added notes to my records that should of already been on my medical history very impressed

Not always easy to get through for the 8.00am spot. The appt was by telephone and the health professional was extremely pleasant and very helpful indeed.
