Filled in the form online and said when I wasn’t available in the morning. Got a call and offered GP appt . Was seen 5 mins earlier than my appointment time , about 2 mins after arriving. GP listened to my request , asked some questions and we agreed on the outcome . Got prescription as required and left. Very straightforward.

Trying to get an appointment is next to impossible when you work. but if you have plenty of time on your hands and can be on the phone at 08.00 or stand outside the surgery from 07.30.then you stand a chance. The system doesn't cater for the working people who struggle to get an appointment due to working

The Doctors at Northenden Group Practise Show a lack of caring and sympathising, it used to be good service once upon a time, but that’s just a story tale now

A very informative discusion which hopefuly will improve my health! I am having difficulty in travelling so arrangements have been made to have blood tests to be done at Northenden doctors.

After filling in the online request to see GP I received a message to see a GP face to face that afternoon. The last couple of times asked to see Dr I was offered a telephone appointment. I being about a week later! So great to see Dr in person. I was so pleased to see the Dr at my local surgery in Gatley and not having to go to Northenden, where parking is a nightmare.

This was just another blood test as follow up to my overall bloods, I was put on a new.medication and they wanted to know if it was working. The nurse who took my blood was very quick and efficient. I was very pleased

Pleasant staff, had the appointment at the correct time and managed to make another appointment for my asthma yearly check up with thepractice nurse.

There are noticeable improvements. . It’s clean & staff are always pleasant. Being able to get appointments is a welcome improvement & using app has improved comms with the surgery.

The staff are helpful and understanding and do the best they can and there is a new system in place now which I find easy and get the help needed wether it a phone call or face to face

Very pleased with blood test appt which was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Time was taken to explain to me the details of the various tests, and my questions were answered fully by a lovely person.
