Very hard to get an appointment.. if you get one it's like winning the lottery .. many hurdles to covercome to get one. As a working person it was extremely difficult

It was very reassuring and the clinician was very kind and patient. He was thorough in his check up for me and clarified my queries. I felt very happy and very relaxed.

Requested a blood test which I'd forgotten to have - the surgery sorted it out for me the next day, which means I'll have a result in time for my telephone appointment with my consultant. Very grateful.

Completed on line form for triage, recieved an appointment 2 days later, which was on time, and follow up appointment completed following day. At all times the Doc was helpful and explained the issues.

The lady I saw was amazing. I have the most difficult of veins and taking blood can be a traumatic experience. Not this time. She wax professional, quick and calm. Highly recommend.

I have to wait 25 minutes extra( I don’t mind, but on the day I had another commitment to other people) the GP approach to my problem was good with reasonable listening and communication skills

This service if very informative and efficient for all patients with orthopedic issues. assessment of issues and referal for imaging., exercises explained

Using the on line form is easier than waiting on the phone. The GP was very nice and listened to me and I feel I was treated with respect. And everything was explained to me
