The nurse reading my results told me there was blood in my urine and I should speak to a GP. Not allowed to make an appointment at the desk. Not allowed to fill in the form and leave it there (supposed to take it away, complete it and return it the following day). Or go online… of course there are no available appointments online. I know the NHS is under pressure because of political decisions but this is so tediously procedural and seemingly intended to discourage people from getting appointments. This is not good enough. I’ve been with this surgery for 30 years and always happy with the treatment I have received but gaining access is becoming increasingly frustrating.

The GP I saw at the Gatley surgery was very pleasant and reassuring. Various blood tests were ordered and I received the results quickly

I understand the receptionists may have to shout for certain patients, however it would be nice to see the receptionists adapt themselves for each individual in front of them. When I got through to the GPs appointment, I was extremely happy with her care.

My experiences over the last few weeks with the doctors I have seen have been excellent .I felt the they really took my concerns in to consideration and as a result I feel they have covered it all .

I had an appointment with the nurse who was knowledgeable and helpful. They need to sort their internet out as that’s rubbish and was needed to access information I wanted to provide to them but that is the only negative point.

Easy walk in sign in Electronically. 5-10 minutes wait to see the Doctor . Who was very good put my mind at ease for all my concerns.
