I went online at 3.30pm to complete the contact form and expected to recieve a telephone consultation within a day or so or a face to face consultation within the next couple of weeks. ten minutes later I recieved a text and an e mail notifying me that I had an appointment at 4.30pm the same day !! The staff were as ever very helpful, friendly and professional. Completely exceeded my expectations.

The nurses are absolutely brilliant. The doctors are okay, only a few seem to genuinely take an interest. Unfortunately all the doctors I've seen are to scared to prescribe high risk medications even when the risks are far out weighed by the positives. I myself had to struggle for years before they finally sorted me out, 1 month prescription later and I got my life back but I literally had to fight and pester them constantly. It's ridiculous the lengths you have to go to for help. Lastly the online system is an absolute joke. Even though they changed to a different system I'm still left waiting over a month or more before I hear back from them. Other times I have to chase them constantly. On the rarest occasion I get a response within 2 to 3 weeks but this has happened maybe twice in the past few years. I just wish I had the freedom to choose a different GP but based on where I live that's not an option. Maybe one day in the future I'll get my health finally fixed but honestly I don't have much faith.
