: I have a severe disability due to a freak accident caused by officers at Northamptonshire Police, and the GP and her colleagues have been more than understanding of the extremely unique, unprecedented circumstances of the injury that introduced me to her/them. She is graceful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I am so very grateful for her care and meticulousness

The OT has been fantastic. She called me personally and, despite my dismissals to the contrary, told me not to worry about taking up her time for something so 'trivial'. She is working diligently to help me find replacement crutches for my 6'5 frame, for which I am so grateful. God bless you and everyone there!

I’m actually complaining on behalf of my 80 year old mother, who cannot get an appointment, has a heart condition and various other ailments. Having also been with this practice it has to be one of the most unprofessional surgery’s I have come across. Staff are rude unhelpful and the doctor’s aren’t much better . Having read the reviews thinks have not improved!

I would stay away! very poor service and uncaring staff, Reception staff and secretaries are rude and do not get back to patients if they say they will, always having to chase for an answer

nurses brilliant. see face to face put your mind at rest that's the good part. The not so good parts is trying to get appointment with a Doctor face to face. Receptionists can be quite rude when you have the chance to speak to them after a long wait.
