After an emergency visit to a and e with an s.v.t. I had appointment with doctor at the surgery and was dealt with quickly and efficiently and reassured that all would be done to find out why this occurred

Last doctor I spoke to via telecom appointment was a very quick time from making appointment and was excellent and very professional

After recently having blood test’s,I was promptly spoken to by the pharmacist with the results. I was given advice for going forward,and also medication.

Dr gave me a few home truths concerning weight and mobility issues that are being exacerbated by my weight problem. Made me realise I really need to do something and stop just moaning about it

Booked my appointment through the NHS app, had to wait about 3 weeks for the appointment but wasn't an emergency so that was fine. Arrived at the practice, logged/signed in on the screen quickly and with no issues. I was a about 5 minutes late being called from my appointment. Once in the doctor asked a few questions, took a look at my issue and gave their diagnosis. They then explained what they suggest and why. Overall a great and positive experience.

Saw the doctor with my issues and the service he has provided are second to none. I can not fault the speediness, the care, the attitude and the attention to detail given to me. Absolutely First Class.

I have never had any problems with newhall I have been with them 63 yrs since I was born I can always get in if needed and the app is there for non urgent appointments I went today and saw the lady doctor don’t remember her name although she was running late ., when I got to see her she didn’t rush me and listened and was thorough in all Questions and possible outcomes and medications ., x

Seen by on call doctor after 2 year old hasn’t eaten or drank in 13 hours and not well, did observation and wanted to send hospital due to blood sugars possibly low, was questioned on child autism diagnosis and when it was and how old they are. When saying I needed to go hospital I asked for a letter to go straight to paediatrics which I was told no just to go to burton hospital and wait in a&e , so arriving in hospital the wait time was 3 hours and adults have to been seen first , by this point my child hasn’t eaten or drank in 24 hours and blood sugar was 2.1, informed by hospital if we was given that letter he could gone straight into paediatrics instead of waiting in a&e
