Was meant to have telephone call on the 30th on July 2024 and they never Rand so I rang up at around 5pm asking of was still getting a telephone call. I wad told my appointment was changed untill the 12/13 of August. I rang up ages ago told them I had 6days left of my tablets. Not a very good experience

Choice of appointment times to take blood sample. Nurse friendly and professional. Overall, a good experience. Telephone call appointment for blood test results. Any time all day appointment, not so convenient.

Excellent discussion with the Doctor and pleased with answers to questions and queries.Particularly pleased when I apologised for ' talking to much ' to which the Doctor replied ' that's all right I'm Happy to listen'

Professional service, chaperone helpful and reassuring. Doctor, approachable and informative. My appointment was due to a personal problem which involved an examination. I was put at ease, the procedure was thoroughly explained and felt relieved that I had been checked out.

I had an appointment with the nurse, I was seen on time and the nurse was very friendly and calming, she put me at ease and took my mind off the injection I was about to receive. I left the surgery feeling valued and well cared for. Thank you

If this relates to my recent blood test, then it was done well, I was seen ahead of my appointment time, and the staff member was efficient and kind.

The doctor left me without an inhaler for over a week and still wasn’t going to give me one when I went to see him I’ve had asthma for years and when I rang the receptionist well was disgusting when I asked about my inhaler I have always asked regarding my salbutamol inhaler she said I’d never had one prescribed one and said she can’t tell me what inhaler I had I had to tell her she made me have high blood pressure all cos original name salamol my blood pressure was 198/102 because of her oh and the doctor won’t give another inhaler when this one runs out till I’ve had a chest X-ray and this breathing test and I could be waiting ages I’ve never been so disgusted with those 2 people the doctor would rather see me struggling than to give me an inhaler

Have always recieved good practice both for myself and my children from both receptionists and doctor's/nurses. Came recently about HRT and doctor was very informative without rushing me to make any desicion .

Had reaction to codiene only took one day came off and went to surgery I was having great difficulty to breath talk speak walk was shaking and feeling faint no appointments till 4-30 I thought I was dying told me to go AE when there nurse at booking station took me one side said I was having reaction to opiates blood pressure was 179/90 had heart trace blood pressure taken three more times still in 179 area after 5hrs was told to go home and rest and just take parecetamol and naproxen was so disappointed in the attitude at reception she spoke to practice manager a lady who said nothing to do but wait till 4-30 or go hospitali had great difficulty to walk out of surgery luckily my husband was sat in car and rushed out to hold me up and get me in car
