Have had 2 GP appointments in the month I am reviewing for Both GP’s were through, I felt listened to and happy with outcome and follow up agreed The appointment felt patient led Reception staff helpful

The treatment, and sympathetic ear is always good. The issuing of the prescriptions is however farcical, some times not sent over for 5 plus hours even when you want to start the course ASAP. If it's about carbon footprint, then me driving in my diesel car twice at a time before I can get my prescription, outways a bit of paper. Repeats I get but,immediate medication should be issued there and then.

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to learn that you are happy with our services. Prescriptions are sent via an electronic prescriptions service to a patients nominated pharmacy. Repeats have a 48 working hour turnaround time, however, acute prescriptions are also available at the Practice if this is preferred rather than utilising the EPS service. Please make your preference known when you next visit the surgery. Always can get a appointment when phoning at 8am. Doctors and nurses listen and willing to refer me to Burton-upon-Trent hospital if required.

Blood test results showed an anomaly, spoke dr everything explained medication provided, problem solved very good service.

Reception always there to help me out. And thank you to the Drs Nothing has ever been to much truoblr for any of them. Advice give as how to go about things. As I had had a stroke things explained clearly and politely x Nothing but professional
