Easy visit, was promptly called in, very efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone. It seems to be one better medical practices, currently, in Peterborough.

I have been registered with this practice for many years and wouldn't ever change. I am always praising the doctors, nurses and receptionists regarding their help and support.

After years of being in acute pain, I spoke to a doctor that actually head what I was saying. He offered me an injection into my hip, while waiting for an appointment with a specialist. If this had happened before, It would have avoided me having g to spend so much time in the house being lonely and anxious. Thank you Doctor

Services offered by this practice seem to be improving and staff seem to be happier in their roles. The online system for requesting a call back is a very welcome change rather than spending ridiculous amounts of time hanging on the phone morning and afternoon and ending up in A&E as an emergency. No easy answers to the current NHS crisis but small, local changes can be a big help to patients when needing help, especially for the working population!

A very quick, easy and pleasant routine visit with the nurse. Even seen before my appointment time and was given my next appointment for 3 months. This is how it should work.

Not enough staff at reception. Self booking in is not working. Standing around just to get booked in which contributes to the queues at reception, very frustrating.

We do have one self check in screen and we are in the process of putting in a second one with wheelchair access so this may help to alleviate this issue going forward. The appointment at the practice was minimal The check I went for doesn't now include checks I had previously. Staff were pleasant it's not their fault .

There were problems with making an appointment with a doctor/nurse. Now it has improved. Yet the online system is a problem. Needs to be improved. Not everything works
