Reception very efficient, doctor was very good and showed a lot of concern with my medical problem's he also considered my future health requested I saw him after blood test.

I phoned the practice at 10.30am last week and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for me to see a gp on the same day…..the doctor who I saw again was lovely and asked to see me again in 2 weeks. I approached the receptionist and told her what the gp had said but she said, sorry, you can’t pre book an app, just phone on the day….I explained the gp had specifically told me to book an app in exactly 2 weeks again she said no….I asked what I was to do if I couldn’t get an app in 2 weeks and she told me there’s nothing she can do, just ring on the day….so apparently, receptionists overrule what a doctor tells you now…..if a gp asks to see you, millgate should be able to override the system and precook an appointment

Having had concerns about a condition that suddenly appeared, I used the online portal to submit a request at 8am, including photos. I received a call from the practice 40 minutes later where I was told an appointment had been made for 9.39am the same day. I was seen on-time, given advice, and prescription sent through to my local pharmacy. Cannot fault the service this time around.

All of the doctors nurses and admin staff across both practices are fantastic. After quite a difficult year, the care and time received from all I've had contact with has been lovely. For both myself and my son I use the online triage form and always recieve a quick response with an appointment given the same day. I never feel rushed during consultations, and am able to discuss more than one issue if required. Thank you so much to millgate practice, I think the great level of service across all areas is a rare find in current times.

Requested an appointment at 8:00am, got a same day appointment and after consultation given same day blood tests, awaiting results, fast and efficient service!

Staff always very helpful and friendly. Had bloods taken, was in and out in no time. Much easier to make appointments and get repeat prescriptions via the NHS app.

Sent in a medical request quite early in the meantime ring. Call received inviting me to get examined only an hour later with an appointment and hour after that. Doctor v good, explained etc the new medication after examination
