    Called at 8 a.m. Requested a ring back to avoid queueing and was called back promptly. Completed the online access form describing my symptoms and was offered an appointment for 10:45. I have been with this practice for many years and have always been very satisfied 😊

    I had a ear infection and done a online query they rang back superfast with a appointment with dr claire thanks for the help again my pleasure leaving a brilliant review thanks

    I rang up for appointment and I got though to the receptionist and had a bit of a discussion she said she will pass on my details to the doctor and the doctor was quick to get back to me

    I wanted to make an appointment, but despite already being at the surgery whilst collecting a prescription I was told I had to do this online. I completed the online form which said I would receive a response within 48 hours. A doctor called me 72 hours later, and I was unable to take the call fully as I was working by then. The doctor said he would call me again around 6 - 6.30pm that day. It’s now the end of the following day and I haven’t received the call yet!

    I am very pleased my my last two visits at both locations: at Manchester Road and St Ann Street. I book an appointment at around 8 am and was see a few hours later. Both doctors who saw me on these occasions were very caring and addressed the symptoms I presented with concern and due deligence.

    Reception very efficient, doctor was very good and showed a lot of concern with my medical problem's he also considered my future health requested I saw him after blood test.

    I phoned the practice at 10.30am last week and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for me to see a gp on the same day…..the doctor who I saw again was lovely and asked to see me again in 2 weeks. I approached the receptionist and told her what the gp had said but she said, sorry, you can’t pre book an app, just phone on the day….I explained the gp had specifically told me to book an app in exactly 2 weeks again she said no….I asked what I was to do if I couldn’t get an app in 2 weeks and she told me there’s nothing she can do, just ring on the day….so apparently, receptionists overrule what a doctor tells you now…..if a gp asks to see you, millgate should be able to override the system and precook an appointment

    Having had concerns about a condition that suddenly appeared, I used the online portal to submit a request at 8am, including photos. I received a call from the practice 40 minutes later where I was told an appointment had been made for 9.39am the same day. I was seen on-time, given advice, and prescription sent through to my local pharmacy. Cannot fault the service this time around.
