My appointment was on time, and the GP spent time with me and was thorugh. The practice was clean and easy to check in

I sent a request to see a doctor at 8.45am & by 9.05 I had received an appointment for 1pm that day. Excellent service & the doctor I saw was extremely pleasant & very thorough. This is not the first time I have received such a quick response & I for one would recommend this surgery & all the staff.

Sent a request at 8am, had a call back at 8.10, and an appointment at 11am. Staff and GP's are helpful and friendly and don't rush your appointment. Highly recommend

Made an online request for an appointment at 8:10am and got a call back from the receptionist at 8:30am to ask if I was available for an appointment on that same morning. Went to the appointment at Ann St. Appointment was very thorough. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I submitted a non urgent online request to see a GP with a minor problem, I was called the same morning to say an appointment was available a couple of days later, I arrived at the surgery and the appointment was spot in time, no waiting at all, I was seen by a locum doctor who was very friendly and listened to my concerns, after an examination of the problem, she prescribed medication and booked a follow up appointment within a couple of weeks, whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally good from the booking procedure to the visit to see the doctor, thank you to all concerned.

Called at 8 a.m. Requested a ring back to avoid queueing and was called back promptly. Completed the online access form describing my symptoms and was offered an appointment for 10:45. I have been with this practice for many years and have always been very satisfied 😊

I had a ear infection and done a online query they rang back superfast with a appointment with dr claire thanks for the help again my pleasure leaving a brilliant review thanks

I rang up for appointment and I got though to the receptionist and had a bit of a discussion she said she will pass on my details to the doctor and the doctor was quick to get back to me

I wanted to make an appointment, but despite already being at the surgery whilst collecting a prescription I was told I had to do this online. I completed the online form which said I would receive a response within 48 hours. A doctor called me 72 hours later, and I was unable to take the call fully as I was working by then. The doctor said he would call me again around 6 - 6.30pm that day. It’s now the end of the following day and I haven’t received the call yet!

I am very pleased my my last two visits at both locations: at Manchester Road and St Ann Street. I book an appointment at around 8 am and was see a few hours later. Both doctors who saw me on these occasions were very caring and addressed the symptoms I presented with concern and due deligence.
