    I called the medical centre to try and get a telephone call with my 91 year old mothers doctor ( I have Power of Attorney) regarding her eye injections . I was told the earliest date was 21st July . I then asked for a face to face appointment and the earliest is 24th July . My mother has two appointments for injections before then and she was very distressed the last time she had to have the injections two weeks ago . The NHS is broken .

    Been trying to get through ni answer for over 2 hrs when finally get through was cut off by receptionist Trying to get to see a doctor not been able to get an appointment since Before covid even though consultant st hospital has tried contacting surgery to tell them i Need to be able to see a GP when required due to my severe condition

    Staff are good never had a problem until recently called to get an appointment although not urgent was told the next available appointment was 7 weeks away which was then only a telephone call

    My Dad had a morning telephone appointment. He needs support with calls, so I came over for 8.30am. It is now 12.30pm and we are still sat waiting. It would really help to have an indication of when you'll be rung, even if it is a 2 hour window. My Dad is stressed with waiting.

    I arrived at 8am with 11 people in front of me to try and get and appointment. At 8.15p I was told no appointment's today from a lovely receptionist who was clearly sorry I had to go to Corby Urgent Care under my circumstances. My question is. Why was no appointment available at this early hour?? and what about the other 60 or so people trying to phone for an appointment ?? Disgraceful service

    Dear Patient, we apologise you were unable to get an appointment. We are recruiting more clinical staff, to provide more appointments.     Had an app at 11:30 today (18/5/23). After 45mins I approached the desk to see if the signing machine had worked, only to be told that I have to wait my turn & sick of people being impatient and that she could not disturb the doctor. The Dr then asked me to get a specimen pot from reception, only to approach & the same lady gestured with her hand as in to say oh it's her again! When I got there, she told me not to be rude, at no point had I been rude to this lady. I said I needed a pot and said I did not appreciate the hand gesture towards me. Also, I have to say I am not happy with the Dr I saw either, she did not listen to me. My daughter got me the appointment as I do not seem to be getting any better and is very concerned by my weight loss. I really am considering changing my Doctors.

    I would like to say a big thank you to the pharmacy staff for their kind attention and care. Due to a government directive I was given a new inhaler which I could not operate so they quickly sourced an original one and also altered my prescription accordingly, I cannot thank them enough, top job.

    The phone system has changed so that it displays Market Harborough Medical Centre when they call you instead of Unknown Number. This is much better for us as we don't like answering calls from people who hide their number. Thank you at last for sorting out something that has been irritating me for years! Well done Market Harborough Medical Centre.....

    I called to make an appointment and I was told there were none available at any point, I asked when would be best to ring back as the situation was urgent, he said call again in two weeks. As it couldn’t wait I had to call 111 to be seen by a GP at the exact same location so I could be booked in for blood tests. A week later needing a follow up appointment I called again as the situation was worsening, he initially booked a appointment for ten days away, then called me and said it would now be three weeks away and put the phone down on me. Literally said the new date and put the phone down. I called back a day later to ask if a quicker appointment could be booked if it was by phone due to the urgency, he offered five weeks away, so two weeks more. I have had to resort to 111 three times to get appointments and to feel like I am being treated as a human, the 111 staff also agree I need to be seen with some urgency as do the GP’s if/when I eventually see them. However this is a last resort after describing symptoms to an uncaring individual who makes no attempt to hide how much I am inconveniencing them and is seemingly plucking appointment dates out of the air based on whatever they deem important. I’m not trying to inconvenience you nor are your other patients, I need to work to support my family and I need to be in good health to do so, you deal in humans - not Amazon returns.

    Rude receptionist puts phone you on hold when asking questions out phone down after being very rude worst doctors surgery bar none I will be going to another practice if this how I’m treated disgusting used to be better but never been great
