    I walked in to St Luke's mildly injured and was seen within 10 minutes, assessed, X-rayed and treated within half an hour. Brilliant service, superb assessment with clear explanation of my condition. I am very impressed with the professional support I received.

    The service the Dr gave was thorough and caring with a specific plan of action given however I had to wait 3 weeks to get the appointment which is not acceptable

    Seen on day of contacting my surgery in Market Harborough at St Lukes Doctor was excellent and effective All staff were so pleasant This service must be maintained. More areas should have such a service

    Received text inviting for c-19 jab. Booked. Turned up (30 mins journey). Queued 40 mins. Was told the system had sent out invitations to ineligible people including me. Another 30 mins back home unjabbed. Wasted 100 mins of my working day. Now invited to flu jab. Incredulous. Is this another system error? Can't get through even on their app at weekends to check before making an appointment someone else could use and possibly wasting another 90+mins of my time. Sort it out. Unacceptable.

    The GP I saw seemed disinterested in what I had to say. If I hadn't pushed then I don't think they'd have even looked at the issue that I'd sought the consultation for. They didn't ask me how long I'd had the problem for (that's been affecting my mobility for several weeks now) but told me to come back in a few weeks if it hadn't gone. Most unsatisfactory.

    Booked 2 tel calls with pharmacy evenings of 7th and 14th July but no one called. Have booked again. Need prescription sorted but utterly unresponsive. What is going on? Not even a mention of women's health or menopause on website. Booked GP call but earliest is 14th August!

    I have just had a mirena coil fitted at the husbands bosworth arm of the practice , the service was outstanding thank you so much so professional, kind and gentle.

    From calling reception to make appointment was a very stressful experience as receptionist is very rude cuts you off mid sentence to not answer directly just gives rude remark or put on hold mid sentence very unpleasant experience can’t get appointments but doctor has time to write on behalf of receptionist its got worse and worse as there is not many options in the area they seem to think they can treat people like something they trod in bad atmosphere all around I’m afraid that’s if and when you can get through so when she puts the phone down yes another hour trying terrible service should be ashamed you would not be able to act like this in any other job/profession
