We saw one of the Practice Nurses today. She was very understanding and patient. She had things she needed to do, as part of the consultation, but she also listened and modified her approach according to our needs. She was sympathetic to our particular set of circumstances and explained exactly what the forward should be. A very kind, sympathetic approach. Thank you.

The surgery has always been extremely helpful over the phone for on the day appointments and pre book appointments. When we arrive at the surgery it is always clean and we have never had to wait too long for our appointment. The doctors we have seen are always amazing and incredibly friendly and child-friendly. Thank you

Was made at ease from the start and easy to talk in the meeting, a good councellor. Was not talked down to and asked simple questions to keep the meeting flowing.

Today I a face to face appointment with a lovely lady dr. She listened to what I had to say, took notice, made me feel comfortable and acted on what I said. She didn’t make me feel like I was wasting my time as I have done before when I have seen a dr about my invisible illness. She advised me on my medication and said she would arrange ultrasounds and a referral. Todays experience has been positive although I did have to wait about 2 weeks for the appointment but it wasn’t an urgent one.

I have recently registered with this practice and although I have not had to call upon the services of a doctor as yet the nurses and reception staff have been very helpful and friendly.

My appointment was for 8 am for my annual flu jab, the receptionist was friendly, the waiting room was clean and warm, I was called in on time by the nurse who was polite and professional, I had my vaccination and was in and out quickly. Thank you

Had telephone appointment with a doctor that I have never seen so it felt very impersonal. Need to get back to one to one appointments
