I had a positive experience at the surgery and I’m pleased that a new service had commenced. The staff were welcoming and helpful. This is my first experience of the surgery post the pandemic and it was reassuring that I could rely on service availability once again.

Maidstone Road Chatham Surgery is very efficient. I’ve been a patient now for close to 34yrs- and although I haven’t had to visit the Doctor for many yrs- whenever I did so I had no problems at all. My Husband has also now become a patient himself of Maidstone Road Chatham Surgery- after having been with a Surgery close to his Business in Chatham- where he was never really happy Being a diabetic- and recently being diagnosed with Heart problems - he has already visited Maidstone Road Surgery a few times where he had no problem seeing a Doctor etc. Like myself- he found all staff members including the Doctor very polite- reassuring and most helpful. Receptionist who answer phone calls are cheerful and always listen to what’s being said. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. So over all - myself and my Husband are very Happy with the service.

As usual I had to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment but the doctor was very helpful and quickly helped me solve the issues.

I have recently moved into the area and was concerned with how the doctors operate within this area due to hearing how bad my work colleagues experiences are at other surgeries within the area. I called at 8am and the call was answered within 1 minute. I was booked for an appointment at 9.15am the same day. Everyone was really polite & helpful. Overall a really positive first experience and i’m hoping this level of experience continues in the future.

Asthma nurse was very helpful and answered all queries very well. She checked my daughter blood pressure, weight and height plus peak flow and did look in hurry at any moment.
