Good practice I had appointment with the Diabetic nurse Really pleased went through a lot of things given me print outs of things to avoid eating Things to do

Had telephone appointment with a doctor that I have never seen so it felt very impersonal. Need to get back to one to one appointments

If you prefer a face to face appointment, please let the administrator know when booking your appointment and they will do their best to get you the appointment type you require. Always been very kind and helpful. Never had a problem getting an appointment, might not alway be the same day if a non emergency but never a long wait or a call back from them. Great job
