    The experience with my blood test was fine. What isnt fine is leaving somebody in excruciating pain, refusing pain relief and amending prescriptions without the patient's knowledge. If and when it gets too much to cope with, the blame will be with Limetree Surgery.

    Easy enough to do econsult, only drawback is, you have to keep repeating what you have already stated.

    Turned up for appointment which had been cancelled. I was not sent a message on my phone . Was told that a message had been sent . I am still waiting for it to arrive . Wasted my time and petrol . Jean Mitchell .

    The doctor was fine, but the wait time was atrocious. I understand it was a couple of days after Christmas, but we had an appointment and weren't seen for 45 minutes. In addition, seven other people came and were seen before us. It's not good time management, especially when you have an ill 2 year old.

Whilst the clinicians always try to keep to time, delays can happen for a number of reasons. This can include an emergency or that previous patients require more time.     Appointment for doctor call back made after a short wait on phone. After sending photo doctor got back to me quickly and prescribed me medication. All ready within 1 hour. Gout now cleared up. Grateful thanks to doctor.

    The swiftness of getting a face to face appointment was good. The actual appointment with the nominated doctor was poor indeed, and not up to my own expectations of previous face to face appointments. I truly felt it was a waste of my time and more importantly , the doctors time. I would be prepared to discuss the reasons why I have written this feedback, should you require. I perfectly understand the pressures the Health Services are under at this time. However I would rather have to wait for a quality appt than a rushed one.

    The call back service is a good idea, the receptionist was helpful. Was a bit worried as haven't seen a doctor or had an appointment since before Covid. Both times I have asked for a call back the doctors have been helpful. I am pleased with the service
