    This was my first time using econsult and I must say I'm a fan. The '8am scramble' as it's come to be known doesn't work well with my working patterns so I'm glad there's another option available for non-urgent things.

    Polite and informative of the condition found from a recent bone density scan. Most useful advice on sensible exercise routines to control the deficiency. Also new prescription arranged to increase essential vitamin intake. Very professional and friendly approach throughout.

    First time in my life I’ve been refused an appointment on the day I call. To receive a triage txt 4 hours after calling at 8.00 is completely unacceptable service. And for it to explain the next available face to face appointment is approximately 4-5weeks wait. ???? Need I say more.!

    My doctor forgot to prescribe my daughter’s medication so when I went to pick it up the next morning, it wasn’t there. We had to wait an extra 2 days without it until she prescribed it again.

    Doctor was not very sympathetic to my concerns over heart irregularity. Made me feel I was wasting her time. She did suggest increasing medication which i was already doing. There was no reassurance.

    The experience with my blood test was fine. What isnt fine is leaving somebody in excruciating pain, refusing pain relief and amending prescriptions without the patient's knowledge. If and when it gets too much to cope with, the blame will be with Limetree Surgery.
