The GP I saw was excellent Although young she really listened and didn’t mind asking a senior colleague for advice when she needed it, I think that shows a great sense of professionalism

Dr was good and thorough, but unfortunately the drug I was prescribed did not agree with me, so I have had a big set back

A kind and friendly doctor willing to listen to me and understand my pain. Good advice given to manage my diverticulitis but sadly my pain continues although it’s better than it was originally.

I didn’t have to wait too long for a callback, my husband took my urine sample into Durrington branch about 10 to 11am and by 12 26 I had a text from Doctor who had sent my antibiotic script to the pharmacy. Good service.

I went in for a blood test and was called pretty much at the time of the booking. I am so used to delays with any healthcare appointments that I was pleasantly surprised.

Thoroughness of GP, explained everything clearly to me. Could not be sure of my condition due to phone call as I was too ill to go to surgery. Prescribed antibiotics.

Lack of help when I have been to the drs numerous times about my baby. Lots of being told to wait to see a professional, which doesn’t help my worry or make my baby better. It might not seem important or serious but it effects our household daily and horrible to see my little one always suffering
