Lack of help when I have been to the drs numerous times about my baby. Lots of being told to wait to see a professional, which doesn’t help my worry or make my baby better. It might not seem important or serious but it effects our household daily and horrible to see my little one always suffering

Spoke to doctor. Good. But nearly missed call as number did not identify. I haven’t had report of blood urine testing yet.

A diagnosis was made without me being able to speak to or see a medical practitioner of any kind. Luckily I was able to buy the required antibiotics from a pharmacy in Malta. I really don’t see how this is a good service from any GP

I visited the surgery personally as i was very concerned about a condition that had recently developed. The reception at the surgery was very sympathetic to my concern and professional and understanding. I was very worried and was promised that someone would call me soonest. I received a phone call as promised to arrange an appointment. I must say that the service i received from the Lime Tree surgery was the NHS at its best and i congratulate them and am very grateful...Thankyou

It was a very calm and friendly atmosphere and I was treated like an aquantance rather than a patient. Everything was explained in a way I understood.

After my appointment with the paramedic practitioner i was asked to book an appointment with a GP. I was told by a receptionist that that wasn’t possible and i couldn’t see a doctor. I was also asked to book some blood tests which the same receptionists sent me to a different surgery for rather than trying to get me in where i already was. When i turned up for my blood tests, there wasn’t even an appointment for me but they eventually fitted me in. The nurse who was kind enough to squeeze me in was completely shocked that i had to travel from goring to findon just for a blood test and said there would have been no issues fitting me in at goring. I used to love Lime tree but the patient first policy clearly doesn’t exist anymore. It shouldn’t be this difficult to speak to a doctor.

I requested a routine appointment and told I couldn’t have one and should do an econsult. I did this and now 5 days later I am waiting for a response. Bearing in mind I am very ill with multiple myeloma I feel I deserve a far better service. If you look at my records I very rarely ask to see a dr.
