    Ring back was prompt. Phone consultation with doctor within a few hours and prescription dealt with straight away.

    My appointment was only for a blood and urine test but the young lady who took my blood was very friendly and welcoming and made me laugh. The receptionist on the same day went out of her way to get me some urine sample tubes. Also I got a phone call a few days later to say that my urine sample was clear. Soba good experience ?

    Usually I can't rate this surgery high enough. But the last doctor I saw (and I rarely go to the GP) was very uninterested. Said would prescribe antibiotics, but then had to chase all day as the doctor forgot to actually send the prescription to the pharmacy and I had to wait for the duty doctor to get my notes and actually write a prescription up for me

    Very impressed with call back and able to get an appointment the same day. Good to have temperature check. Not too long to wait.

    Very poor service , been told different things from 4 different people . Then got told to come in for blood test . So when I arrived at the appointment , was asked why was I there because I was not due an appointment so explained I was told I needed to come in . Then when trying to speak to a doctor as I was told I needed to , got told I was not able to book an appointment . Left the doctors in tears and full of anxiety with the way I was treated .

    Did ring back at approx 9.15 didnot call back rang again 2.15 ring back rang just twice before cutting out. Rang again and held phone until called back. Then the Receptionist was polite and helpful

    Receptionist made a note of my problem and assured my she would get a doctor to call, which they did, all be it, 4-5 hours later.

    Poor no words can I express, doctor's! Where are they ? Lime tree is to busy, Dread becoming really ill, trying to get a blood test?!! A month in advance really really not good and I need every three months due to meds

All appointment requests are triaged by the duty doctor, based on the information provided, either to the receptionist or via econsult. You can also state your preference to see a GP and this will be taken into consideration. Our blood test appointments are released four weeks in advance to enable you to book an appointment for when it is due.     Dr rang a 2nd time, an hour later, as I hadn’t been able to answer the phone when she first rang as I was driving. Dr located a pharmacy near to where I was travelling to, to send the prescription, having checked their closing times for me. Receptionist answered call at 6pm when prescription hadn’t been received by the Brighton pharmacy and they were closing soon. She went and found a Dr who could approve and release the prescription.
