    Cannot speak or make an appointment to speak to a GP The receptionist are very kind but unable to help Advise to go on e- consult that guides me back to call the GP for an appointment!

    Dear Patient, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to learn that you were unable to get an appointment on this occasion. Our duty list is generally open between the hours of 8am-12pm Monday to Friday and the receptionists are unable to add to it after this time. We have to close the list so that we can safely contact back all the patients that have been added to the list. We also offer an econsult service between 8-10am and again between 1-3pm, that is also triaged by the duty doctor. The econsult service does have a safety feature where some trigger words or selections will direct you to more urgent care.     Nurse had to try 4-5 times to get blood but didn’t get enough so unsure if my bloods will be submitted

    Doctors and nurses always good . However organisation is poor . I was instructed to take and given 8 weeks supply of drugs , after which I was told I would be given a blood test to see if my treatment had helped . Instead of booking the blood test at the start of my 8 weeks treatment I was sent a reminder after 8 weeks had passed to book it myself online . I then had to wait 4 weeks to actually get my blood test done ? This is the second time this has happened to me in the past few years ,why ?

Unfortunately we would not have been able to book your appointment, at the start of your treatment, as our rota only goes four weeks in advance. I apologise that the reminder that you received was too late for you to get an appointment closer to the 8 weeks and will feed this back to the team who send these.     Early ring back despite being 82 in queue and was given appointment to see Dr that day. Doctor very professional, diagnosed trouble and followed up with email providing helpful information and recommendation for XRay to follow up. First class service

    The nurse really cared. Although the breathing test beforehand was cancelled.due to sickness. However she was concernsd as to my health in general & hosp waiting time re my hdart. .

    My apt was on time. The. Nurse I saw was very helpful giving advice on a wound sustained on Christmas Day for which I had attended A & E. my apt with the Nurse was for a tetanus injection that A & E had no supplies.
