My appointment with The doctor was very positive. I was called in for my consultation promptly. Her open and approachable manner put me at ease immediately and she listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. She was very thorough in her examination and assured me that all the tests results were normal. I had a problem with my ears and my balance and the doctor explained the relevant factors which could be causing my problem. The outcome was that it was ok to book an appointment for an ear syringe to clear my ear canals. This was my first appointment with a doctor at this surgery and I felt very comfortable and reassured. The receptionist was equally polite and friendly and the only downside was the wait for the new appointment which was 16 days initially for which she was very apologetic and which was then subsequently changed by txt later by a-further 6 days. On the bright side my last surgery did not offer this service and to be able to get this at my new surgery is a bonus! ?

My practitioner was very thorough and explained everything to me regarding my steroid injection into my knee. It was virtually painless, and I came away very happy!

The telephone call back system is good, avoiding hanging on the phone. I appreciated the way Limetree contacted me about my Flu and Covid booster jabs. Thank you, Christopher Jarvis

I was really anxious about my problem so l was very pleased to be able to get a face to face appointment on the day, despite initially phoning after 9am on a Friday. It meant l could start on some medication straight away and not have to worry all weekend. It was good to know what number l was in the telephone queue and the call back system worked very well. The doctor saw me on time and was very kind and caring of my needs.

Very pleased to be able to speak to a doctor, who was very helpful. I know it is probably difficult but maybe a two hour window when the doctor will call rather than anytime in the morning or afternoon.

Dear Fiona, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were given the wrong location. The text messages we send should state Lime Tree Surgery for Findon or Limetree Durrington / Goring for our other sites. Despite this, I am pleased to hear that you have found the service good. Regards Sarah, Deputy Patient Services Manager

GP’s are not at all helpful and appear to have a lack of understanding and empathy. They would rather recommend you to therapy than deal with the patient themselves.

The doctor at my visit to the surgery on Wednesday, the 7th of September was one of the most helpful I have seen in years. This was in large part because he began maintained and finish the consultation with the level of caring humanity that I very seldom expect to find in services that are under so much pressure.. but it was this very aspect of the consultation, which enabled me to feel confident in how to take the treatment and advice offered and use it to start an immediate relief of my symptoms.

Although the surgery has a sign clearly displayed at the counter mentioning the use of masks and that staff would also be wearing them, I was surprised and disappointed that many of the people attending, and staff involved, had decided not to wear them. I am aware that masks are no longer mandatory but I wear one to protect my partner who is immunocompromised. My question would be: why is the sign still showing if it is not followed? Has it been forgotten?

Dear Patient, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The use of masks at the surgery, by staff and patients, is now optional and the signs should no longer be up. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, we have arranged for these to be taken down. The clinicians are happy to wear a mask on request. Regards Sarah, Deputy Patient Services Manager
