I never got a reply on the online appointment Had a bad chest cold for over 2 weeks. Was told earlier appointment face to face end of September.. online request never received a call

Staff fine and helpful Phone appointment booking system appalling . No call back on three occasions , waiting for over an hour in queue then cuts you off ?

Well organised session. Although there was a long queue it ran very smooth and I got to my turn for both injections ahead of my scheduled appointment time. Well done all the team.

E consult is a easy service to use and would recommend using it for non urgent medical conditions that may otherwise go untreated.

I would like to suggest that text reminders , clearly state which site the appointment is at, Durrington , Findon etc

81 people in the queue ahead of me. I used the call back facility. So I had to cancel work appointments and just sit and wait nearly two hours for thd csll to be returned. I then was asked to send in photos via a link and have heard nothing since. So I imaging I’ll have to repeat the whole process. The surgery have too many patients and can not cope with the demand to provide a good service.

I was no 76 when I first rang the surgery. I went on to the call back system. Was rung back within 45 mins. Reception asked a list of questions which she sent to be triaged. I got a call from the surgery offering me an appointment at Durrington. Was seen by a very efficient Dr who I believe has given me the best help and advice. The only slight hiccup was with the first call I made where I was told my no. 67 In the queue and I had to wait till I was down to 65. before offering the call back. Had I been frail or feeling very poorly I might have hung up.

It took a long time for just a text message and the doctor didn't seem aware of my past treatments. Being actually seen seems to be hard to come by these days.

Requests for an appointment are triaged by the duty doctor to the most relevant appointment, based on the information you have provided, and this can inlude receiving information or a prescription via text.
