The nurse who administered my fathers Covid / flu jabs was excellent. A longer wait than perhaps expected but due to her working alone this is not a problem. Man on reception very abrupt, not good with elderly however the gentleman arranging people going in to the nurse was lovely and helpful.

I was seen very promptly and the doctor has immediately referred me to the hospital and the nurse took blood samples in her break time. i am very grateful to the whole team.

Was seen and vaccinated within a few minutes of arriving at the clinic. The queue did build up behind us and there were no chairs provided which may have been a problem .

The system is a nightmare. I just want to ring and make an appointment not have to wait in a queue then wait for dr to ring back. I drive all day so miss the calls efen when i put to text or email me. So stressed my anxiety goes through the roof

I was extremely disappointed that none of the surgeries would oblige me with an urgent blood test needed for a cancer related treatment at the hosp without which I was unable to have the treatment I understand appointments only but a little flexiblity for urgent cases would not go amiss Maugan

How difficult it is to just book a doctors appointment from calling at the surgery (can't book and appointment like that I found out), to waiting on telephone lines, to trying to negotiate your online services (I am a professional who runs my business online so I am no stranger to computer tech). In this day and age it's an absolutely appalling booking service.

I can’t remember the name of my doctor but she was honestly the best doctor I’ve experienced to date. I usually hate going to the doctors because they’re rude or condescending but she was super nice and actually asking me how my day was etc. very happy with the Lime Tree surgery

I wrote a triage email on the lime tree surgery site regarding my knee, which is impacting my mobility and have been told I need a face to face appointment and one will be given to me that was almost a week ago. Nothing further has been forthcoming

I had phoned earlier to get urgent blood test, and forgot to book my b12, so phoned back and spoke to a older receptionist who was rude, she told me not to phone in the morning for a appointment l can do that in the afternoon,l told her l had just come out of hospital after a stroke and needed to book my appointment so l know what appointments l got so the hospital have the dates l can do, l think she didn't need to be so rude thought they where ment to be caring by she wasn't

The telephone call back to make the appointment, was very efficient . No need to stay holding on to the phone. The person who I spoke to on the call back was friendly polite and helpful . When I attended the surgery The receptionist was again helpful and polite , even answering some questions not directly related to my visit that day.
