    Really well run clinic. Very quick visit no waiting around, as soon as I was given my card I was shown to the clinic room, the nurses were lovely. I was back in my car within 10 mins. Thank you!

    Sent in E-Consult form on Thursday morning, had call back that evening with appointment with Dr for Friday morning . Very impressed !

    Always very efficient and great kind manor at this surgery. It always has a good feeling about it when you come away knowing they have done there best to accommodate your needs.

    Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. However, when trying to get an initial appointment, the waiting list system was very annoying as no-one was able to tell me when the appointment would be and i had to push to be seen on the day after waiting over a week for an answer.

    Able to get an appointment within 2 weeks, Dr I saw was very efficient and explained the process to me for further referrals clearly, felt listened to and supported

    This is nothing to do with the doctor/nurse that called me. They were lovely. This is over your service overall. It is impossible to get an appt. I have submitted 3 online forms over the last few months and only got called back about one. This was for a “contraception review” when all I actually needed was more contraceptive pill. I did go into the surgery and filled out a form for online access but despite checking my junk mail… i have not received a username or password. Turns out my contraception is not on repeat prescription because apparently you “don’t offer that anymore” well that’s probably why I can’t get a gp appointment. You are all so bogged down with these admin appointments. It took so long to get an appointment (for prescription of pill) that I ran out. I ended up getting a private prescription online via Lloyds pharmacy. All done and pull delivered within 48hours of submission. This was to prevent me running out of contraceptive, having to stop start contraceptive which isn’t good for the body having just gotten used to hormones. You did eventually book me a telephone appt but it was over 7 weeks from completion of my form and despite being near my phone all day of the appt, you didn’t call till after 7pm! I have no faith that if I became poorly with a serious condition that you’d be able to provide me an appointment. I really think you need to overhaul how you look at providing an efficient service for patients who need repeat prescriptions. Currently I suspect they are clogging up your lines every morning.

    I have asked for a referal to clinical partners via right to choose. I had an appointment to discuss this. It was agreed during to appointment to refer. I am now not sure if the referal has been done. I have asked the surgery and have received a text message to say ‘please complete paper work and send to us and we will see if gp feels you need to be referred’ I have already completed that. And handed it in to the gp receptionist as asked by the gp last week.

    My medical issue of one hand was professionally reassessed by Nurse India with appropriate speed and a very successful result achieved . The secondary issue noted on my left hand by Nurse India resulted in her obtaining an appointment with a Doctor for me in good time.The Doctor ‘s instant assessment has resulted in my issue being placed on a waiting list for local action by a specialist doctor.I am grateful for speedy and professional action by all concerned
