    Doctor was attentive and I easily understood all his explanations. I didn’t feel as if I was being shooed out of the surgery as I’ve been with some previous doctors

    Nothing except how lo to get through on phone had to wait 3 days for what I asked for dr home visit and then a nurse came I was in a lot of pain but. Didn’t get any answers a complete waste of everyone’s time

    I was extremely pleased with the help you gave me with the antibiotics I needed , the person on the phone line Number 4 was very kind thank you Also , our covid and flue jabs , the staff on the day accepting us as a walk in , which was very kind , we were booked for he following week , but as we were going away , they booked us in early . Thank you to them .

    When I spoke to the doctor she was pleasant and helpful and answered my questions but find the overall experience of trying to get an appointment a frustrating and exhausting experience. The current system really doesn’t work for me and I know many others. If you sent out a questionnaire to all your patience about how satisfied they are with the process of getting an appointment, I think it would be very low. I appreciate that things are really difficult for the NHS right now but the surgery gives the impression it really doesn’t care about their patients ( which I’m sure is not true). It actually makes me and I know others, feel ill just trying to get an appointment, to the point when they suffer instead as it is such a stressful experience. If someone would like to ring me to discuss this further, I would be very happy to speak to them.

    Having submitted an e-consult at around 0930 I received a call but long afterwards inviting me to see a nurse practitioner at midday. Dry punctual with appointment, prescribed and fixed a date for check up appointment. Top class!

    Receptionist and doctor took time to listen to my symptoms and I did not feel rushed although I am sure they were very busy. Treatment was prescribed which relieved symptoms very quickly

    Overall the experience was good however on the text I received with my appointment it did not state which surgery my appointment was at. So I went to my usual surgery which was incorrect. However other than that the experience was good

    My appointment was cancelled 2 hours before it’s due time. I lost over £100 in wages that day as I wasn’t going to be available
