    On this occasion the receptionist was patient and kind, which sadly on previous calls this has not been the case. So this made a difference. GP on this visit was thorough and gave me the time. I felt that she listened which is appreciated and that she will see me again, so continuity of care can be given.

    Explained to receptionist my problem so relieved and impressed how quickly the duty doctor rang me and then quickly organised antibiotic prescription sent to pharmacy Thank you.

    I was told i would get a phone call on they day i called, then to get a message saying i should hear back in 4 to 5 weeks. That seems way to long in my opinion

    Rang and arranged a phone consult once I submitted photos. I did this and submitted within 10 minutes and I’ll still waiting for a call and this was over a week ago. The idea is great but it’s reliant on a GP being bothered to contact you in a timely fashion, which they haven’t as yet. Disappointing.

    Not contacted by a GP. All communication re discontinued repeat prescription relayed via a pharmacist. I find this very unsatisfactory.

    Dear Ritva, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. I am sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied after being contacted by one of our pharmacists. Our on the day requests are triaged by the duty doctor for the most appropriate care for you and there are people at the surgery, other than GPs, who can provide more specialist care and faster. Our Pharmacy Team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians focus on day-to-day medication queries from patients and ensure all patients are monitored appropriately for the medications they are taking.     I did the online econsult which worked well but a five weeks wait seems to long unless the doctor I see is an ENT specialist if they are not a further delay in any treatment is upsetting

    I initially called for advice over the telephone. My query was responded to quickly and compassionately. A course of action was agreed and I expected this to be followed up moving into New Year (due to the busy Christmas period) which I was more than happy with. The triage GP arranged for me to have a face to face appointment much sooner than this which has put my mind at rest.

    Apt so far from my request i paid private in thd end. Lost confidence in gp's help unfortunately. Also, Ive lost both parents this year and neither their gp at Shelley Road.or my gp offered condolences or asked how i was
