The service I received today when I went for my flu and covid vaccinations was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and I wasn't kept waiting for anymore than 5 minutes. Once called in the nurse was very thorough in explaining everything to me regarding the vaccinations and over I was extremely satisfied with the service.

My booster vaccination appointment was for 10.35. I arrived at 10.30 and was out by 10.37. Staff were friendly and personable; the appointment did not feel rushed; and I felt valued and respected.

Visited for Covid booster and annual flu jab. Staff and volunteers friendly and helpful. Very well organised. In and out in under 5 minutes

On this occasion my wife and I visited the practice for Flu and Covid vaccinations, the whole experience could not have been better. We arrived about 15 minutes earlier than our appointment times, by the local door to door community bus service, but we were both seen and injected immediately. The staff, as always, were efficient and friendly and we were out of the surgery very quickly. The whole experience could not have been better managed.

My wife and myself had an appointment for flu and covid vaccinations. Good service, seen on time, staff were friendly and helpful. In and out in 10 minutes.
