Fantastic service. Very well organised. All the staff were friendly. From booking to having the booster every stage was easy to understand and swift to complete.

Had my flu and covid jabs , they were absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend them highly enough !!!! It was so efficient from the moment I drove in , they were all so very friendly it’s a shame all practices were on par with Leiston surgery

I joined Leiston surgery shortly after arriving back in the United Kingdom in 2016 and after living in the Rep. of Ireland for 10 years. From the outset the team at the surgery have looked after myself and family especially well - something we have not been used to. They have helped me through some very tricky health problems, some of which were life threatening, with professionalism and good humour. The latest ongoing service has been the roll out of the Covid vaccination which has been second to none probably nationally. I have just had the latest dual 'jab' (Covid and Flu) which was delivered again with great professionalism and humour and rapidly. I actually arrived home 5 minutes before my appointment was due!! Thanks Guys! You are all Angels!

Had my flu & Covid vaccination today. Really well organised parking and queue. I find the whole team here friendly but also professional and efficient. Thank you to all the staff at Leiston Surgery for your care and dedication.

Had my Covid and flu jab today the organisation was seamless as usual the staff were happy smiling and very helpful the nurse that gave me my jabs was so kind and I didn’t even realise she had given them I would say this doctors surgery is the best in Suffolk Thankyou for caring for us patients I really appreciate you all

I today received my flu and covid injections. The service was very efficiently provided. I had only a very short wait before I was called into the consultation room.

Nice practice think they keep up with the times all staff are very pleasant an helpful Well they always look after me an my family been going there since I was born with the Leiston surgery.

Had both flu & covid booster at the surgery on Saturday. Arrived a few minutes' early, and was finished ahead of my appointment time. Very efficient service - thank you.
